Deborah is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and participates with many major insurance companies in addition to being accepted as an out of network provider for many more companies, private pay, and flex accounts. Feel free to call for details.

Client’s can request out of network services with their provider.

Most insurance plans will pay partial reimbursement for treatment I provide and an appropriate receipt will be given at the time of services for reimbursement.


Fees for Services:

Clients are responsible for paying their co-pays at the beginning of each session. All sessions are 50 minutes. If the session goes over the time allotment a charge of $30 for each 15 minute increment will be assessed, providing there is time before the next scheduled appointment.
